Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Foundry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Foundry provides an AI-assisted design system generator. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Plans and payments

• One-Time plan ($5.99): grants one design system generation. Non-refundable once the generation has been used.
• Monthly plan ($9.99/month): grants up to 20 generations per day. Billed monthly. Cancellation is available after 1 month from the subscription start date.
• Upgrade offer: if you purchased the One-Time plan, you may upgrade to Monthly within 7 days by paying only the difference ($4.00). Upgraded subscriptions are locked for 3 months before cancellation is permitted.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not issue refunds except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may use generated design systems for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent Foundry output as an original product without modification. You may not use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

You own the output of your generations. Foundry retains ownership of the platform, its code, and its underlying models. Generated systems use open-source Google Fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

6. Limitation of liability

Foundry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
